1. OVERVIEW
FedNet, powered by the Office of National Excellence ("ONE") and its affiliated brands, including ON and the telephone number 833-4-FEDNET, is a private, membership-driven, nationwide aggregator for service providers. FedNet’s Platform connects Members with a broad array of services, including but not limited to:
Business Services: Professional consulting, brand development, digital marketing, business supply delivery, and related support.
Nonprofit Services: Volunteer mobilization, fundraising, donor networking, and community engagement tools.
Personal Services: Job placements, career support, self-care, and skills development.
Home Services: Home cleaning, repairs, maintenance, home organization, and related support.
Auto Services: Auto repairs, parts delivery, roadside assistance, and maintenance.
Gig & Delivery Services: FedNet Fleet (on-demand delivery for food, groceries, auto parts, etc.) and ON Workforce (gig work, temporary, or full-time employment opportunities).
Specialized and Future Services: Including retail connections, legal services, hospitality, security, and other services that may be developed over time.
FedNet does not directly provide any of the above services but facilitates connections between Members and independent third-party service providers. FedNet’s role is solely that of an intermediary, similar to a directory or a digital phone book.
2. ASSUMPTION OF TAX LIABILITY
2.1 Member Responsibility:
Each Member is solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes, including but not limited to income, employment, self-employment, sales, use, and other taxes, arising from any income, benefits, or rewards received through the use of the FedNet Platform. This includes income generated from:
Receiving payments from third-party service providers or customers (e.g., cash payments from FedNet Fleet deliveries).
Engaging in gig work or temporary employment through ON Workforce.
Receiving any form of compensation, rewards, or incentives for personal or business services.
Participating in any monetization opportunities, such as selling products, skills, or services via the Platform.
2.2 No Withholding or Reporting:
FedNet does not withhold any taxes on behalf of its Members, nor does it provide any tax forms (e.g., Form 1099, W-2, or similar) for transactions facilitated on the Platform. All tax reporting and remittance obligations lie exclusively with the individual Member.
2.3 Third-Party Transactions:
Any income, rewards, or payments resulting from transactions with independent third-party service providers are solely the responsibility of the Member. FedNet does not verify, audit, or monitor the tax compliance of any such third parties. Members are advised to consult with a qualified tax professional regarding their specific tax obligations.
3. SPECIFIC SERVICE CATEGORIES
3.1 Business Services:
Scope: Includes, but is not limited to, consulting, digital marketing, brand development, business supply delivery, and strategic advisory services.
Member Obligations: Any revenue received from business services arranged through the Platform is the sole responsibility of the Member, including the determination and payment of any taxes on such revenue.
3.2 Nonprofit Services:
Scope: Includes volunteer mobilization, fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach tools.
Member Obligations: Nonprofit organizations must independently manage tax reporting related to donations, grants, and any income received through the Platform. FedNet is not responsible for ensuring tax compliance in nonprofit transactions.
3.3 Personal Services:
Scope: Includes career support, skills development, job placements, and self-care services.
Member Obligations: Any income or benefits arising from personal services or employment-related transactions must be reported and taxed in accordance with applicable law.
3.4 Home Services:
Scope: Encompasses home cleaning, repairs, maintenance, laundry, home organization, and related services.
Member Obligations: Members receiving payments for home services, or those obtaining such services, are responsible for all tax-related obligations arising from these transactions.
3.5 Auto Services:
Scope: Includes auto repairs, parts delivery, roadside assistance, and maintenance services.
Member Obligations: Members engaging in auto services, whether as providers or recipients, must manage their tax responsibilities independently.
3.6 Gig & Delivery Services (FedNet Fleet & ON Workforce):
FedNet Fleet:
Scope: Members acting as delivery drivers earn cash instantly for each delivery.
Member Obligations: All income from deliveries is taxable, and Members must comply with relevant tax laws for gig workers and independent contractors.
ON Workforce:
Scope: A job board for temporary, project-based, or full-time employment opportunities.
Member Obligations: Income received through ON Workforce engagements is subject to applicable taxes, and Members are solely responsible for its reporting.
3.7 Additional and Future Services:
Scope: May include retail connections, legal services, hospitality, security, creative services, and other emerging service categories.
Member Obligations: Any income or benefits derived from these services shall be subject to the Member’s independent tax obligations.
4. INDEMNIFICATION FOR TAX LIABILITIES
By using the FedNet Platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FedNet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your failure to comply with any tax obligations resulting from your use of the Platform. You further agree that FedNet shall have no liability for any tax disputes or obligations that arise in connection with transactions facilitated on the Platform.

The information provided on the FedNet Platform, including this Disclaimer, is not intended to serve as tax advice. 6. NO TAX FORMS OR REPORTING
FedNet does not issue any tax forms or perform any tax reporting on behalf of its Members. All financial transactions, income, rewards, and other benefits provided through the Platform are processed directly between Members and third-party service providers. It is solely your responsibility to maintain accurate records and report income and other tax-relevant information to the appropriate tax authorities.
7. NO GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION
FedNet, ONE, ON, and 833-4-FEDNET are privately owned and operated entities. They are not government agencies, nor are they authorized government contractors. Any references to “federal” or similar terminology in our branding reflect our nationwide scope and do not confer any governmental authority or obligation.
8. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER
FedNet reserves the right to amend or update this Tax Liability Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
