1. ABOUT 833-4-FEDNET AND AVA
1.1 Hotline Overview
The telephone number 833-4-FEDNET (“Hotline”) is provided as a nationwide service aggregator that facilitates connections between Members and independent third-party service providers.
The Hotline is intended for use by individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and households to request or offer services.
Important: The Hotline is not a service provider; it is a connection tool, similar to a directory.
1.2 About AVA
“AVA” is FedNet’s Autonomous Virtual Agent, an AI-driven system designed to assist in routing calls and inquiries.
AVA is an automated tool and, as such, its responses may be unreliable, imprecise, or subject to error. Users are advised not to rely solely on AVA for critical or time-sensitive decisions.

Critical Reliance: Do not rely solely on AVA or the Hotline for critical professional, legal, or medical advice. Always seek confirmation or consult with a qualified professional.
2.3 Service Limitations:
The Hotline may not cover every service, product, or skill available in every geographic area. Availability is subject to the coverage and capabilities of independent third-party providers.
FedNet does not guarantee the performance, quality, or reliability of any service, product, or skill requested through the Hotline.
3. HOTLINE UPTIME, DOWNTIME, AND USER PRIORITIES
3.1 Uptime and Downtime:

FedNet is not liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred due to Hotline unavailability.
3.2 User Priorities:
Priority access and service response may be granted based on the Member’s account status (e.g., elite membership) and the urgency of the request.
In no event shall FedNet be liable for delays in response or any failure to secure a connection with a service provider.
4. SERVICE BOOKING, CONSULTATION, AND REQUEST DISCLAIMERS
4.1 Service Booking Disclaimer:
All service bookings made via the Hotline or AVA are contracts directly between the Member and the independent service provider. FedNet acts solely as a facilitator.
Any issues regarding the execution, quality, or delivery of booked services are the responsibility of the relevant third-party provider.
4.2 Consultation Disclaimer:
Any consultations or advice provided via the Hotline, AVA, or through scheduled appointments are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
Members should verify all information independently and consult with qualified professionals as needed.
4.3 Personal, Business, and Nonprofit Request Disclaimer:
Whether requesting services for personal, family, home, business, or nonprofit needs, FedNet does not directly provide the services but only connects Members with third-party providers.
FedNet disclaims any liability arising from any disputes, non-performance, or dissatisfaction with services provided by these third parties.
5. TAX, EMPLOYMENT, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

All tax, employment, and financial responsibilities for transactions facilitated via the Hotline are solely the responsibility of the Member or the independent service provider involved.
6. GOVERNMENT REGULATED MANDATES
The Hotline and AVA comply with applicable laws and regulations governing telephone service usage.

FedNet does not assume any responsibility for government-regulated mandates, and the use of the Hotline is not endorsed by any government entity.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FedNet, ONE, ON, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Hotline, AVA, or any actions taken in reliance on the information provided.
