DISCLAIMER FOR 833-4-FEDNET, AVA, AND RELATED HOTLINE SERVICES

Effective Date: February 17, 2025, 09:00 EST

PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE 833-4-FEDNET HOTLINE, THE "AVA" AI VOICE SYSTEM, OR ANY RELATED TELEPHONE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE FEDNET PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THESE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DISCLAIMER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HOTLINE, AVA, OR ANY ASSOCIATED SERVICES.

1. ABOUT 833-4-FEDNET AND AVA

1.1 Hotline Overview

  • The      telephone number 833-4-FEDNET (“Hotline”) is provided as a nationwide      service aggregator that facilitates connections between Members and      independent third-party service providers.

  • The      Hotline is intended for use by individuals, businesses, nonprofits, and      households to request or offer services.

  • Important:     The Hotline is not a service provider; it is a connection tool, similar to      a directory.

1.2 About AVA

  • “AVA”      is FedNet’s Autonomous Virtual Agent, an AI-driven system designed to      assist in routing calls and inquiries.

  • AVA      is an automated tool and, as such, its responses may be unreliable,      imprecise, or subject to error. Users are advised not to rely solely on      AVA for critical or time-sensitive decisions.

1.3 No Government Affiliation

  • FedNet,  ONE, ON, and 833-4-FEDNET are privately owned and operated. They are not      government agencies or authorized government contractors. References to      "federal" denote our nationwide scope and do not imply      governmental authority.

2. DO’S AND DON’TS OF HOTLINE AND AVA USAGE

2.1 Permitted Uses:

  • The      Hotline and AVA are provided solely for the purpose of facilitating      connections between Members and independent service providers across      various categories (personal, family, home, business, nonprofit, gig, and      delivery services).

  • Use is      intended for non-emergency inquiries, service requests, consultation      scheduling, and booking of services such as staffing, delivery, or other      commercial requests.

2.2 Prohibited Uses:

  • Emergency      Situations: The Hotline is not for medical, life-threatening, or      urgent emergency services. In case of a medical emergency, please dial 911      or contact your local emergency services immediately.

  • Government      Services: The Hotline is not intended for obtaining government      services or legal advice from government entities.

  • Children:     The use of the Hotline and AVA is strictly prohibited for children under      18 years of age.

  • Critical      Reliance: Do not rely solely on AVA or the Hotline for critical      professional, legal, or medical advice. Always seek confirmation or      consult with a qualified professional.

2.3 Service Limitations:

  • The      Hotline may not cover every service, product, or skill available in every      geographic area. Availability is subject to the coverage and capabilities      of independent third-party providers.

  • FedNet      does not guarantee the performance, quality, or reliability of any      service, product, or skill requested through the Hotline.

3. HOTLINE UPTIME, DOWNTIME, AND USER PRIORITIES

3.1 Uptime and Downtime:

  • The      Hotline is provided on an "as available" basis. While FedNet      strives to maintain high uptime, technical issues, maintenance, and      unforeseen disruptions may result in temporary downtime.

  • FedNet      is not liable for any inconvenience or loss incurred due to Hotline      unavailability.

3.2 User Priorities:

  • Priority      access and service response may be granted based on the Member’s account      status (e.g., elite membership) and the urgency of the request.

  • In no      event shall FedNet be liable for delays in response or any failure to      secure a connection with a service provider.

4. SERVICE BOOKING, CONSULTATION, AND REQUEST DISCLAIMERS

4.1 Service Booking Disclaimer:

  • All      service bookings made via the Hotline or AVA are contracts directly      between the Member and the independent service provider. FedNet acts      solely as a facilitator.

  • Any      issues regarding the execution, quality, or delivery of booked services      are the responsibility of the relevant third-party provider.

4.2 Consultation Disclaimer:

  • Any      consultations or advice provided via the Hotline, AVA, or through      scheduled appointments are for informational purposes only and do not      constitute professional advice.

  • Members      should verify all information independently and consult with qualified      professionals as needed.

4.3 Personal, Business, and Nonprofit Request Disclaimer:

  • Whether      requesting services for personal, family, home, business, or nonprofit      needs, FedNet does not directly provide the services but only connects      Members with third-party providers.

  • FedNet      disclaims any liability arising from any disputes, non-performance, or      dissatisfaction with services provided by these third parties.

5. TAX, EMPLOYMENT, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Tax and Financial Responsibility:

  • FedNet      does not withhold taxes, issue tax forms, or assume any tax liability for      income earned through services facilitated by the Hotline (e.g., FedNet      Fleet deliveries, gig work via ON Workforce).

  • All      tax, employment, and financial responsibilities for transactions      facilitated via the Hotline are solely the responsibility of the Member or      the independent service provider involved.

6. GOVERNMENT REGULATED MANDATES

  • The      Hotline and AVA comply with applicable laws and regulations governing      telephone service usage.

  • Members      are responsible for ensuring that any actions or transactions made through      the Hotline comply with local, state, and federal laws.

  • FedNet      does not assume any responsibility for government-regulated mandates, and      the use of the Hotline is not endorsed by any government entity.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FedNet, ONE, ON, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Hotline, AVA, or any actions taken in reliance on the information provided. This indemnification applies to any issues, including those related to service bookings, consultations, or interactions with third-party providers.

8. NO LIABILITY FOR SERVICES

  • FedNet,      ONE, ON, and 833-4-FEDNET shall not be liable for any errors, omissions,      delays, or failures in the performance of the services facilitated by the      Hotline or AVA.

  • FedNet      is not responsible for any disputes between Members and independent      third-party service providers, including but not limited to services      related to staffing, business requests, personal or home service requests,      nonprofit engagements, or any gig or delivery transactions.

  • The      use of the Hotline and AVA is at your own risk, and you agree that FedNet      is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential      damages arising from such use.

9. NO MEDICAL OR GOVERNMENT SERVICES

  • The      Hotline and AVA are not intended for medical emergencies, health crises,      or any urgent life-threatening situations. In emergencies, please contact      your local emergency services immediately.

  • The      Platform is not intended to provide government services or function as a      government contractor. Any reliance on the Hotline for such purposes is      strictly at your own risk.
